Maroo AI LAB (“we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and publishes various mobile applications for smartphones and mobile devices. We are dedicated to protect our users' (“users” or “you”) privacy rights. The purpose of this page is to inform you about our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information(“PII”) if anyone decided to use the applications or software offered by us (collectively, the “Service”). 2. Data We Collect
We collect any information (e.g. information required for account creation) that users provide directly through the app contents or app features. If you choose to share the following information with us, we will collect and use it to operate our Services. To create an account for our Service, we require email address, username, user ID, face data, and password from you and all other users. Your username will always be public when you use the Service, but you may use your real name or alias. In addition, your public profile is always visible to users and operators of your Service, and your public profile includes your username, user ID, profile picture, follower, following, and other content.
In the case of face data, it refers to the face photo that you provide to the service. By uploading a photo that shows your face to the service, you can provide face data to us, and the face data will only be used to create photoshoots. This service allows only pre-designed styles using AI due to ethical issues.
Collected face data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered when you delete face data within the service. When you delete your account, all data, including face data, will be deleted after a certain period of account deactivation. Face data is not shared or provided to third-party services and is only used within this service and stored on this service's server. The selected default face from the registered face data is opened only to followers who have been granted follow requests and followers can generate photos with your default face data. You can stop sharing your default face data by deleting a follower at any time during the use of this service. When a follower generates a photo using your default face data, you will receive a notification and the generated photo will be displayed in the tagged photo on your feed. You can hide the photo from followers by using the lock feature and changing it to the "only me" view.
Maroo AI uses third-party services to improve service quality and analyze. We also collect and share the following information.

6. About Deletion Of Information
If you do not use the Service for more than 3 months, your account will be inactive. Accounts deactivated in this service will be deleted within another 3 months. If you would like to delete your account immediately, please contact Customer Service via petitioning in Service or contact marooailab@gmail.com. Deleted accounts are immediately deleted from the service, logged for a certain period of time (up to 12 months), and then permanently deleted. After deleting an account, it may remain in other services such as search engines.
